Sourcebooks is seeking a Product Manager, Awareness Platform to own our mobile and web experiences from discovery to delivery and ongoing optimization. You will partner with development teams, oversee roadmaps, and improve onboarding, navigation, content discovery, subscriptions, engagement, and UX/UI.

5+ years in product management with strong customer focus, analytics, and cross-functional leadership. Knowledge of app store ecosystems, and experience managing external partners is valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or digital product ownership.
• Experience working with software development teams to define, prioritize, test, and release product improvements.
• Strong customer/user focus, analytics, prioritization, and product-management discipline.
• Fluent with mobile/web lifecycles, integrations, subscriptions, backend systems, and release processes.
• Excellent project management, QA, vendor management, and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Own the user platform experiences from discovery through delivery and ongoing optimization.
• Lead roadmap and backlog, drive UX improvements, and analyze usage data for improvements.
• Collaborate with development partners and internal teams; manage SOWs/RFPs as needed.
• Translate reader motivations into product decisions to grow engagement, retention, and discovery.
• Launch new features with clear requirements, QA, measurement, and post-launch iteration.
