Matco Tools, a division of Vontier Corporation, seeks a Product Manager to lead new product development, improvements, and market introduction within the Matco tools segment. The role emphasizes revenue, profit margins, and operational targets in a hybrid Stow, Ohio setting with in-person days Tue–Thu.

You will collaborate across engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing to drive pricing strategies, PSI/forecasting, and competitive benchmarking to ensure successful product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 3–5 years of professional marketing or product management.
• History of driving results through a strategic product line plan and market segmentation.
• Experience growing product lines with commercialization tactics through a multi-channel distribution and direct sales force.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a 3–5-year product segment strategy and plan, including pricing and ROI.
• Create and implement new product plans with specifications, inventory needs, sales forecasts and marketing positioning.
• Develop annual marketing plans in cooperation with the Marketing Communications Manager.
• Stay current on market trends, competitors, customer base, and required product certifications.
