Job summary

Tri Tool Technologies is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of portable machining and pipe preparation tools. You will steer the full product development lifecycle from market research and concept through engineering, testing, manufacturing, and launch, collaborating with Engineering, Production, Marketing, and Sales.

You will also spend time at customer sites to observe how our tools are used, gather feedback, and translate insights into roadmaps, requirements, and compelling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or 10+ years of field collaboration.
• 5+ years in mechanical design, fabrication, testing of mechanical tools or systems.
• Proven end-to-end product development lifecycle experience.
• Leadership of cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and on-schedule delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead team to develop and launch products from concept to market.
• Guide engineering, production, marketing, and sales to deliver customer-focused tools.
• Visit customer sites to observe usage and gather feedback for improvements.
• Develop product strategy, requirements, roadmaps, and ROI analyses.
