Broccoli is seeking a Product Manager to take full ownership of a core product line, guiding it from early discovery through deployment. You’ll work hands-on with engineering and design, and directly with customers to translate feedback into actionable requirements that scale.

The right candidate will dive deep into a specific domain, build in a cross-functional way, and ship end-to-end solutions that balance customer needs with product health and business impact.

Qualifications

• High-agency: bring structure to ambiguity, own outcomes end to end.
• Strong business judgment: prioritize based on P&L impact.
• AI-first: default to what's now possible, build AI-powered workflows.
• In-office five days a week to collaborate with the founders and team.

Responsibilities

• Own a product area from concept through launch, including the roadmap for foundational capabilities.
• Partner directly with customers to identify opportunities for AI to reshape workflows and improve experience.
• Build tools that give contractors real control over how their AI agents handle calls, bookings, and follow-ups.
• Turn promising ideas into well-defined product specs and collaborate with engineering and design to bring them to life.
