Responsibilities

• Define multi-year vision, strategy, and roadmap for Procore’s Safety portfolio.
• Identify AI and ML opportunities within safety workflows to reduce hazards.
• Build business cases for new product areas via market research and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, platform, and marketing to deliver high-performing features.
• Mentor and elevate product management practices across the organization.
• Communicate strategy, roadmaps, and value propositions to executives and customers.
• Monitor KPIs and user feedback to refine features and measure impact.
• Partner with Product Marketing and Go-To-Market teams for launches and adoption.
