3E is seeking a Product Manager to join our Chemical & Workplace Safety Product team and shape direction from discovery to delivery. You will work across Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and operations to turn complex problems into clear requirements and measurable outcomes.

The role supports 3E Protect and related services, with East Coast preference and consideration for candidates across U.S. time zones. This is a growth-focused, collaborative opportunity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, EHS, chemical safety, or related fields.
• Experience turning customer problems into requirements and solutions.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across teams and functions.

Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement.
• Translate needs into clear requirements, priorities, and solution approaches.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer-facing teams to ensure value and adoption.
• Lead launch readiness and post-launch optimization for assigned areas.
