3E seeks a Product Manager to join the Chemical & Workplace Safety Product team. You will own initiatives from discovery through prioritization, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement, shaping solutions across our safety portfolio.

You’ll partner across Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and subject matter experts to drive measurable outcomes. You’ll work with an established team and leadership to ensure clear requirements, track adoption, and deliver value for

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree + 5+ years in product management, EHS, chemical safety, regulatory compliance, product stewardship, or related field.
• B2B SaaS product management or customer-facing experience with enterprise platforms.
• Experience taking problems from discovery to delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Experience evaluating, implementing, improving, or replacing business software.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and create a path forward when the solution is not fully defined.
• Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders without formal authority.
• Strong communication and prioritization skills; translating needs into clear requirements.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and support day-to-day work.
• Based in the US and eligible to work without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Own product initiatives from problem discovery through prioritization, planning, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Engineering and Product to plan, refine, develop, test, release, and post-launch improvements.
• Ensure teams are solving the right problems by providing context, requirements, and success criteria.
• Develop deep understanding of customers and workflows to inform product decisions and opportunities.
