Job summary

TLDR is seeking a product manager to lead AI-native initiatives across the company. You will transform triage and decision processes into agent-based workflows and partner with engineers to push self-deploying specs. This is the first dedicated PM hire, with a high-visibility impact across teams.

You should have 3+ years PM experience and hands-on AI product shipping. A bias toward automating processes and balancing human and machine decisioning will help you succeed at TLDR.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a product manager.
• Hands-on experience shipping AI-native products or workflows with LLMs or agents.
• Nice to have: productizing internal processes or running high-volume multi-stakeholder intake.

Responsibilities

• Reimagine how TLDR should run in an AI-native world.
• Turn human-in-the-loop processes into reliable agentic workflows.
• Collaborate with engineers on a software factory to enable self-deploying specs.
