Job summary

TRM Labs seeks an Engineering Manager for the AI Product Engineering team. You will lead frontend, backend, and full‑stack engineers, shipping autonomous, auditable workflows at scale. You’ll partner with Product, Design, and AI groups to translate ambiguous ideas into tangible product experiences.

You will drive architecture reviews, mentor engineers, and push for high‑quality, observable systems while maintaining customer focus and rapid delivery in a fast‑moving environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering with people management experience.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams delivering end‑to‑end software.
• Experience shipping AI/LLM powered features in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a pod of frontend, backend, and full‑stack engineers, upholding craftsmanship and ownership.
• Own AI‑powered product initiatives from problem shaping to launch and scale.
• Collaborate with Product and Design on roadmaps and tradeoffs for AI improvements.
• Provide architectural guidance and unblock engineering across the stack.
• Foster a culture of high velocity, ownership, and strong customer focus.
