Job summary

Drips is hiring a dynamic Senior Product Manager to join our Product team in a fully remote role. You will own end-to-end product initiatives across multiple domains, writing PRDs, and collaborating across Engineering, Operations, Customer Success, Sales, Data Analytics, and AI/ML.

You will work with AI-first workflows, define requirements for LLM-based features, and communicate roadmap and status updates to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management in B2B SaaS or high-growth startups.
• Delivery-heavy role with ships product, not just plans.
• Hands-on AI/ML, conversational AI, NLP, or messaging platform experience.
• API and integration fluency; own end-to-end details.
• SQL proficiency for data-driven decisions and validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of product initiatives across multiple domains.
• Write clear PRDs and functional specs using AI-first workflows.
• Conduct customer and stakeholder discovery to scope features.
• Own relationships with external vendors and integration partners from eval to go-live.
• Present roadmap and status updates to executive leadership with clarity.
• Shape decisions using AI tooling and validate outcomes.
• Query and analyze data to inform decisions and momentum across teams.
