Radical AI is seeking a Product Manager to own the software platform and agent layer at the core of our autonomous lab solution. You will work closely with scientists and engineers to shape what gets built, translating discovery into delivery, and defending product positions when needed.

This NYC-based role emphasizes hands-on product thinking over coordination, with opportunities to influence go-to-market and customer solutions in a rapidly evolving AI-driven lab environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in a product management role.
• Technically credible — ability to write code or prototype-level implementation.
• Strong user intuition to identify real needs through collaboration with scientists and engineers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across science and engineering teams.
• Comfort with ambiguity and first-principles thinking; no rigid processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the software platform interface used by scientists, engineers, and operators.
• Define and prioritize features across the software layer, informed by internal users and partners.
• Own the agent capabilities and tool design for the autonomous lab system.
