Qualifications

4-8 years of software product management experience in data-heavy analytics or B2B SaaS.
Strong understanding of specialty practice economics and ASP/formulary dynamics.
Expert knowledge of Agile/Scrum and user research methods.
Excellent communication skills to align cross-functional teams.
Experience partnering with data scientists or AI engineers is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy and roadmap for an AI-first financial analytics platform.
Define features for predictive margin tracking and revenue leakage prevention.
Drive platform synergies across data domains (clinical, financial, contracts).
Own end-to-end product development from user needs to backlog priorities.
Engage with customers and CABs to validate prototypes and achieve product-market fit.
