CVS Health seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager within Analytics & Behavior Change to drive AI-powered analytics support for clinicians. You will work with data scientists and engineers to bring AI/ML products from inception to production, focusing on data-driven decision making and operational value.

The role emphasizes collaboration across data science, engineering, and clinical stakeholders, with responsibility for product roadmaps, governance, and measurement of ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall work experience in product, data, or analytics.
• 3+ years cross-functional work with ML Engineering and Data Science.
• 2+ years in Product Management or consulting with Data Scientists and Engineers.
• 2+ years working with AI, data analytics, or clinical/claims data to accelerate insights.

Responsibilities

• Create and socialize product requirements, acceptance criteria, and specs with Data Science, Engineering, and Leadership.
• Support teams to implement features by clarifying requirements and facilitating technical discussions.
• Prioritize work, balance speed, scalability, and quality, and engage in technical discovery as needed.
• Define data SLAs and interface contracts with upstream and downstream teams.
• Develop go-live timelines with data science and engineering partners and align with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clinicians and operations to quantify business value and problem statements.
