Cardinal Health is seeking a Product Manager for Advanced Practice Analytics to lead the evolution of its analytics platform. In this role, you will spearhead product strategy utilizing AI-first solutions for financial insights, ensuring profitability in specialty practices.
Your main responsibilities include driving the product roadmap, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, and amplifying customer voices. Ideal candidates will possess 4-8 years of product management experience and strong knowledge in specialty healthcare economics.
Cardinal Health's Biopharma Solutions business delivers industry-leading technology, analytics, and clinical solutions that support community specialty practices, GPOs, biopharma manufacturers, and healthcare providers. By bringing a modern product mindset to commercial healthcare technology, we establish Cardinal Health as healthcare's most trusted partner. Our innovation culture powers a comprehensive digital ecosystem. We focus externally on our customers first, integrating multi-disciplinary teams—combining software engineering, data science, and specialty clinical insights—to scale technology that optimizes clinical navigation, accelerates real‑world evidence (RWE) generation, and safeguards the financial health of community specialty practices.
As a Product Manager for Advanced Practice Analytics (APA) within Biopharma Solutions, you will lead the evolution of our premier financial intelligence and reimbursement analytics platform. APA is an enterprise‑scale solution designed to deliver insights that optimize specialty practice profitability, formulary selection, and drug purchasing.
Unlike purely clinical platforms, APA is a sophisticated financial engine that delivers critical business insights around specialty formulary management, revenue leakage, buy‑and‑bill margin optimization, and automated billing reconciliation.
In this role, you will champion an AI‑first approach to unlock the value of complex clinical, financial, contract, and claims data. You will help design advanced scenario‑modeling tools, predictive margin trackers, and modern analytics workflows that help oncology, urology, rheumatology, and gastroenterology practices maintain control over their financial performance and navigate complex drug purchasing environments.
