Job summary

Cardinal Health's Biopharma Solutions seeks a Product Manager for Advanced Practice Analytics to lead the evolution of an AI-first, enterprise-scale financial intelligence and reimbursement analytics platform. You will shape features for ASP impact, revenue optimization, and clinical-financial data integration across oncology, urology, rheumatology, and gastroenterology practices.

You will own the product lifecycle, collaborate with data science teams, and engage with clinics and CABs to ensure

Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of software product management experience, with a proven track record of shipping data-heavy commercial enterprise analytics, financial technology, or B2B SaaS products preferred.
  • Specialty Healthcare Knowledge: Strong understanding of specialty practice economics, Buy-and-Bill mechanics, ASP impact, and formulary dynamics.
  • Agile Leadership: Expert knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, continuous product discovery, rapid prototyping, and UX research.
  • Communication & Influence: Exceptional interpersonal skills to align engineering, sales, marketing, and practice executives around a shared product vision.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent practical experience, preferred.
  • Healthcare Data Fluency: Experience with complex clinical, transactional, or contract datasets (e.g., 837/835), GPO contract structures, and data reconciliation.
  • AI/ML & Data Science Literacy: Experience partnering with data scientists or AI engineers on ML/NLP workflows.
  • Specialty therapeutic area exposure (e.g., oncology, urology, rheumatology, gastroenterology) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Product Strategy & Roadmap: Drive vision and execution for an AI-first financial intelligence and reimbursement analytics platform.
  • Optimize Practice Economics & Revenue Cycle Management (RCM): Define features for predictive margin tracking, revenue leakage prevention, and reimbursement scenario modeling.
  • Drive Platform & Dataset Synergies: Collaborate across product lines to bridge clinical and financial data, connecting APA insights with contracts and rebates.
  • Execute with Product Excellence: Own end-to-end product development lifecycle; translate user needs into roadmaps and high-quality user stories; manage a prioritized backlog.
  • Amplify the Voice of the Customer (VOC): Partner with community clinics and practice executives; validate prototypes with CABs and ensure rapid product-market fit.
