Cardinal Health is seeking a Product Manager for Advanced Practice Analytics (APA) within Biopharma Solutions. You will lead the evolution of our financial intelligence and reimbursement analytics platform to optimize specialty practice profitability and formulary decisions.

Partner with clinical, data, and product teams to design AI-first analytics workflows, predictive margin tracking, and revenue-cycle features that support oncology, urology, rheumatology, and gastroenterology practices.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of software product management experience, with a track record of shipping data-heavy analytics or B2B SaaS products.
• Strong understanding of specialty practice economics, including Buy and Bill mechanics and ASP impact.
• Expert knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, continuous product discovery, rapid prototyping, and UX research.
• Excellent communication and influence to align engineering, sales, marketing and executives.
• Healthcare data fluency with complex clinical, transactional, or contract datasets (e.g., 837/835).
• Experience partnering with data scientists or AI engineers on ML/NLP workflows.
• Experience in specialty therapeutic areas (oncology, urology, rheumatology, or gastroenterology) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Strategy & Roadmap: Drive vision and execution for AI-first analytics platform.
• Optimize Practice Economics & RCM: Define features for predictive margin tracking and revenue leakage prevention.
• Drive Platform & Dataset Synergies: Bridge clinical and financial data across product lines.
• Execute with Product Excellence: Own end-to-end lifecycle and maintain agile backlog.
• Amplify Voice of the Customer: Collaborate with CABs and clinics to validate prototypes and PMF.
