Cardinal Health is seeking a Product Manager for Advanced Practice Analytics (APA) within Biopharma Solutions. Lead AI-first financial intelligence and reimbursement analytics to optimize specialty practice profitability, formulary decisions, and drug purchasing.

You will champion AI-driven modeling, work with data science teams, and collaborate across clinical and financial data to deliver a best-in-class commercial suite for oncology, urology, rheumatology, and gastroenterology practices.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of software product management experience with data-heavy analytics or B2B SaaS products.
• Specialty Healthcare Knowledge: buy‑and‑bill, ASP impact, formulary dynamics.
• Agile Leadership: Agile/Scrum, continuous discovery, rapid prototyping, UX research.
• Excellent communication and influence to align engineering, sales, marketing and execs.
• Healthcare Data Fluency: work with complex clinical/contract datasets and reconciliation.
• AI/ML & Data Science Literacy: collaborate with data scientists on NLP and ML workflows.
• Specialty therapeutic area exposure (oncology, urology, rheumatology, gastroenterology).

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Strategy & Roadmap for AI-first analytics platform.
• Define features for predictive margin tracking and revenue analytics.
• Drive platform synergies with contract performance, rebates, and distribution.
• Own end-to-end product development lifecycle and agile backlog.
• Amplify VOC by engaging community clinics and CABs for feedback.
