Cardinal Health is seeking a Product Manager for Advanced Practice Analytics (APA) within Biopharma Solutions. You will lead an AI-first financial intelligence and reimbursement analytics platform, shaping roadmaps, modeling scenarios, and partnering across clinical and financial data to optimize practice profitability.

You will collaborate with clinicians, pharmacists, and executives to validate prototypes, while translating user needs into robust features and an agile backlog that drives

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of software product management experience, with a track record of shipping data-heavy analytics or B2B SaaS products.
• Strong understanding of specialty practice economics and payor/reimbursement dynamics.
• Expert knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, discovery, prototyping, and UX research.
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to align engineering, sales, marketing and executives around a product vision.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; healthcare data fluency is preferred.
• Experience partnering with data scientists or AI engineers on ML/NLP projects is a plus.
• Exposure to oncology, urology, rheumatology, or gastroenterology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Strategy & Roadmap for an AI-first financial intelligence & reimbursement analytics platform.
• Define features for predictive margin tracking, revenue leakage prevention, and reimbursement scenario modeling.
• Collaborate across product lines to bridge clinical and financial data with revenue cycle systems.
• Own end-to-end product development lifecycle and manage prioritized backlogs.
• Engage with customers and CABs to ensure rapid product-market fit.
