Extend is seeking a Product Manager to lead the discovery, definition, and delivery of high-impact features for merchants and customers in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will bridge business goals, technical constraints, and user needs, guiding cross-functional teams and using data, analytics, and A/B testing to iterate. Effective communication and API/cloud literacy are essential in this role within a dynamic e-commerce context.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience with B2B or consumer software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or related field—or equivalent experience.
• Strong ability to break down ambiguous problems into executable steps for engineering and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Define product roadmap in collaboration with leadership and prioritize initiatives aligned with Extend’s mission.
• Own end-to-end feature lifecycle from discovery to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and stakeholders to deliver data-driven, persona-first solutions.
• Leverage user research, analytics, and A/B testing to iterate on features and improve outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI-assisted tools to enhance merchant experience and internal processes.
• Engage with Customer Success to translate feedback into actionable requirements.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and roadmap refinement.
