Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience in B2B or consumer software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to translate complex problems into actionable engineering tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, definition, and delivery of high-impact product features.
• Bridge business goals, technical constraints, and user needs across cross-functional teams.
• Own end-to-end feature lifecycle from discovery to launch and post-launch analysis.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and stakeholders to ship data-driven solutions.
• Leverage user research, analytics, and A/B testing to optimize features.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI-assisted tools to improve merchant experience.
• Participate in roadmap refinement and sprint planning.
