Job summary

Front Row Group in New York City seeks a Product Manager for Catapult to own product roadmaps, scale our ecommerce platform, and partner with engineering, UX, and insights teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities include leading agile ceremonies, advancing AI-native workflows, prototyping with Claude and FigmaMake, and driving API integrations that boost automation and data accuracy. Based in NYC with global offices, the role offers a dynamic, high‑impact environment.

Qualifications

3+ years of product management experience in ecommerce, marketplaces, or SaaS platforms.
Experience leading agile ceremonies and backlog management.
Hands-on AI prototyping experience using LLMs and AI tooling.

Responsibilities

Own and execute the product roadmap for Catapult modules, driving automation, analytics, and marketplace integrations.
Lead platform capability enhancements and internal systems for optimized workflows and data accuracy.
Run agile ceremonies (planning, grooming, retrospectives) and shepherd priorities; prototype and validate ideas with AI tools.
