Job summary

QXO is seeking a Principal Product Manager – Technical to define the product vision and roadmap for ecommerce features. You will collaborate with engineering, UX, and data science to deliver features that enhance customer experiences and drive growth, leveraging autonomous agents and ML for smarter journeys and automated decisions.

You will partner with stakeholders to define features and manage complex, distributed systems across the end-to-end digital commerce experience.

Qualifications

• 6 years of Technical Product Management experience.
• 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception through launch and scale.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver features.
• Demonstrated experience with build vs. buy decisions and vendor partnerships.
• Ability to make roadmap tradeoffs.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Launch new products and features.
• Develop and communicate product vision, strategy, and business impact for eCommerce experiences.
• Own features from design through deployment and support.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, data science, and business teams for end-to-end solutions.
• Drive prioritization and roadmap of platform capabilities (accounts, orders, catalog, personalization).
• Translate customer needs into product requirements for high-performance systems.
• Use data and experimentation to define success metrics and identify trends.
