Job summary

Dolead is seeking a hands-on Product Manager for AI & Automation to own product strategy across Vector, Neural Box, and Ads Insight. You’ll collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and business teams in Boston and Europe to deliver measurable value and accelerate adoption.

You’ll shape roadmaps, conduct user research, and translate insights into concrete requirements. A strong data-driven mindset and excellent communication with leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading B2B SaaS products or internal tools.
• Strong discovery skills including user interviews and feedback loops.
• Delivery ownership from roadmap to backlog and cross‑functional execution.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize product roadmap for AI & automation products.
• Lead discovery with Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams across locations.
• Drive adoption and measure impact through product analytics and KPIs.
