Job description

Boston, MA | Full-time | Hybrid (Cambridge office)

At Dolead, we align marketing, sales, and data to turn media investment into real business results. We launch paid campaigns faster, connect customer data with confidence, and deliver sales-ready leads at a fixed cost per lead.

We already support 200+ clients across 15 countries, with a team of 70+ experts from 13 nationalities across Europe and North America.

AI is becoming a core part of how we operate. From generating and publishing advertising creatives to automating business workflows, we're building products that help our teams work faster, make better decisions, and improve campaign performance.

We're now looking for a Product Manager - AI & Automation to take ownership of these products, shape their evolution, and make sure they deliver measurable value to the people using them every day.

Your missions

Reporting to our AI Tech Lead, you'll work closely with engineers, Product, Data, and business teams across Boston and Europe.

You'll contribute to three products:

  • Vector: Our AI-powered creative management platform, helping teams review, approve, and publish advertising creatives at scale.
  • Neural Box: Our internal AI agent platform, connecting models, data, and business tools to automate workflows.
  • Ads Insight: Our competitive intelligence tool, helping teams analyze advertising trends and competitor creatives.

Your role combines Product Management, user discovery, and adoption, with the autonomy to turn business needs into concrete product improvements.

1. Shape the right products
  • Lead product discovery through user interviews, shadowing, and regular feedback sessions with our Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, remove friction, and increase the value delivered by our products.
  • Own and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing business impact, user needs, and technical constraints.
  • Turn insights into actionable requirements, with clear priorities and success metrics.
  • Build and maintain a structured backlog, giving engineers the visibility and context they need to deliver efficiently.
  • Drive product execution alongside our engineering teams, from requirements and prioritization to testing and release.
  • Coordinate dependencies and trade-offs across teams, keeping delivery aligned with quarterly business objectives.
  • Measure outcomes, using product analytics and performance data to continuously improve what we build.
3. Drive adoption and business impact
  • Become the voice of our users, building strong relationships with teams in Boston and Europe and understanding how they actually work.
  • Accelerate product adoption through onboarding, hands‑on demonstrations, training, and ongoing support.
  • Build effective feedback loops, ensuring user insights translate into product decisions and visible improvements.
  • Track adoption and performance, connecting product usage to operational efficiency and business results.
  • Communicate progress and results to stakeholders, including business leadership and executive teams.
4. Keep innovation connected to real needs
  • Stay curious about AI, following new models, capabilities, and developments in generative AI.
  • Spot practical opportunities to improve our products and workflows, working with engineers to evaluate promising solutions.
  • Challenge assumptions with data, focusing on measurable outcomes rather than technology for its own sake.
What you’ll work on first

You’ll join at an exciting stage, with products already in use and plenty of opportunities to increase their impact.

Some of your first challenges will include:

  • Scaling Vector adoption, particularly across our largest US accounts and branded advertising campaigns.
  • Streamlining creative approval workflows, helping our teams and clients get campaigns live faster.
  • Developing Ads Insight adoption, understanding user needs and unlocking more value from the platform.
  • Improving how product priorities translate into delivery, bringing structure, visibility, and measurable goals to our roadmap.
Your profile

We're looking for a hands‑on Product Manager who enjoys solving real problems, working closely with users, and turning ideas into measurable results.

  • Solid Product Management experience, ideally with B2B SaaS products, internal tools, or workflow automation platforms.
  • Strong product discovery skills, including user research, interviews, and translating insights into meaningful product decisions.
  • Proven delivery ownership, from roadmap and prioritization to backlog management and collaboration with engineers.
  • A data‑driven mindset, with the ability to define KPIs, interpret dashboards, and make decisions based on evidence.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging with operational teams and senior leadership.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI, its evolving capabilities, and its practical business applications.
  • Fluent English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across international teams.
Nice to have:
  • Experience in AdTech, MarTech, performance marketing, or lead generation.
  • Previous experience driving adoption of internal products across multiple teams.
  • Familiarity with Looker or similar analytics tools.
No coding background or deep technical AI expertise required.

What matters most is your ability to understand users, make sound product decisions, and work effectively with technical teams.

What we offer
  • Health insurance: Medical, dental, and vision coverage through Aetna.
  • Commuting: Up to $100/month in transportation support.
  • Time off: Flexible vacation policy.
  • Hybrid work: Flexibility to work remotely while staying closely connected to our Cambridge team.
  • International environment: Work with colleagues across the US and Europe, representing 13+ nationalities.
  • Team culture: Regular events, opportunities to connect, and a collaborative environment where ideas turn into action.
Our recruitment process

We aim to keep our hiring process straightforward and give you a clear picture of the role, the team, and the challenges ahead.

  • Introductory conversation with Florian, Talent Acquisition Manager, to discuss your background, expectations, and interest in Dolead.
  • Interview with Benoît, AI Tech Lead, to explore your Product Management experience and how you approach discovery, prioritization, and delivery.
  • Practical product assessment, with members of our Product and AI teams, to understand your approach to real‑world product challenges.
  • Final conversation with Vlad, CTO, to discuss business impact, collaboration, and our long‑term product ambitions.

We value different backgrounds and perspectives. If the role sounds exciting and you don't tick every single box, we'd still love to hear from you.

Dolead wants to guarantee equality and an opportunity to all candidates. Therefore, all applications received are considered regardless of racial and ethnic origin, opinions or beliefs, gender, sexual orientation, health or disability.
