Dolead is seeking a hands-on Product Manager for AI & Automation to own and evolve multiple products. You will lead user discovery, prioritize roadmaps, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams in Boston and Europe, delivering measurable business impact.

You'll drive adoption, translate insights into requirements, and manage backlogs to improve Vector, Neural Box, and Ads Insight products in a hybrid, international environment.

Qualifikationen

• Solid Product Management experience with B2B SaaS or internal tools.
• Strong product discovery skills including user interviews and feedback.
• Proven delivery ownership from roadmap to backlog with engineering collaboration.
• Data-driven mindset: define KPIs, dashboards, and evidence-based decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across teams.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and practical business applications.
• Fluent English and effective collaboration across international teams.
