Job summary

PDI Technologies is seeking a product manager to own a product area and drive strategy from discovery to market. You’ll collaborate with customers, Engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to translate insights into product requirements and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years in product management or related technology.
• Experience with software products through multiple lifecycle stages.
• Working knowledge of Agile development and SDLC.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to translate customer problems into product requirements and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, and priorities for an assigned product or product area.
• Develop a deep understanding of customers, users, business needs, and market trends.
• Translate customer problems and opportunities into clear product requirements and outcomes.
• Partner with Engineering and UX throughout discovery, development, testing, launch, and iteration.
• Prioritize features balancing customer value, business impact, technical considerations, effort, and risk.
• Gather feedback from customers, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and other stakeholders.
• Use product analytics and market data to evaluate performance and guide decisions.
• Define success measures and monitor adoption, usage, and business impact.
• Collaborate with go-to-market teams for launches, positioning, enablement, and adoption.
• Communicate roadmap priorities and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging tech to improve product and customer experience.
