Job summary

CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc. is hiring a Product Manager to own the development of the Agentic product platform, a new AI-driven line focused on enhancing claims experiences.

You will guide the product from discovery through launch, partnering with engineering, design, go-to-market, and customers to ensure safe and effective operation in high-stakes workflows. You will work with claims leaders to translate customer insight into product decisions, define success metrics, and drive adoption

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in enterprise software or high-growth SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and business case for agentic capabilities from discovery to launch.
• Define agent functionalities and how autonomy expands with performance and trust.
• Set product requirements for quality and safety with cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with claims leaders to identify high-value problems and validate concepts.
• Craft the product story and value proposition for go-to-market alignment.
• Prototype, build, test, and ship agentic experiences with engineering and design.
