Job summary

CCC Intelligent Solutions is seeking a Principal Product Manager to build the Agentic Operations for Auto Insurance Claims product line from the ground up. This role focuses on AI agents that handle claims work end to end and interact with existing carrier workflows.

You will own strategy, roadmap, and commercial viability, partnering with sales, CS, and product marketing, while also writing code and building agents with engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in enterprise software or high-production SaaS environments.
• At least one 0-to-1 product build, ideally in startup or high-velocity setting.
• Deep experience in at least one complex, regulated vertical.
• Demonstrated experience building and shipping AI-driven products; experience with LLM-based or agentic systems preferred.
• Track record of working directly with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders to validate product direction.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity with a bias toward action and learning.
• Experience delivering results in a sales/GTM context, carrying a product into market and communicating with end users to C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, and commercial case for a new agentic product line from concept through market validation.
• Define what the agents do: end-to-end workflows, human-in-the-loop, and autonomy levels.
• Set quality, safety, guardrails, and audit trails for live claims handling.
• Engage with senior carrier executives to identify problems and validate ideas.
• Develop pitch, pricing story, and proof points with cross-functional teams, and lead landings or pivots.
• Collaborate with engineers to write code and build agents using AI coding tools.
• Define value propositions, adoption hypotheses, and kill criteria for bets.
