Job summary

CCC Intelligent Solutions in Chicago is hiring a Product Manager to own the development of the Agentic product platform. This new AI-driven capability focuses on improving the claims experience by delivering intelligent agents across CCC’s portfolio.

You will define strategy, roadmap, and requirements, partner with engineering, design, legal, and claims experts, and work directly with enterprise customers and stakeholders to validate concepts, launch, and iterate.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in enterprise software or a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Experience owning a product or significant product area from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Experience working in or learning a complex, regulated industry.
• Demonstrated experience building and shipping AI-driven products; experience with LLM-based or agentic systems strongly preferred.
• Track record of working directly with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders to validate product direction and communicate value.
• Ability to translate customer needs into product requirements, priorities, measurable outcomes, and clear decisions.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity, with a bias toward action, learning, and accountable ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and business case for agentic capabilities, taking work from concept through customer validation, launch, and iteration.
• Define what the agents do, including the claims workflows they manage and how autonomy expands with performance and trust.
• Set product requirements for quality and safety in partnership with engineering, legal, compliance, and claims experts.
• Work with claims leaders and end users to identify high-value problems and translate customer insight into product decisions.
• Own the product story, value proposition, and proof points, partnering with sales, CS, and marketing to bring the product to market.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to prototype, build, test, and ship agentic experiences using AI tools to accelerate learning.
• Define success measures, adoption hypotheses, and decision criteria for each product investment.
