Decagon seeks a senior Agent Product Manager to own the delivery, adoption, and expansion of AI solutions for Fortune 500 customers. You will lead the end-to-end ownership from scoping through production, collaborating with Strategic Account Directors, Agent Strategy Managers, and Forward Deployed Engineers.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience owning ambiguous, high-stakes outcomes and earning the trust of senior executives.
• A builder's instinct to design and build the actual solution, not just diagnose problems.
• Strong technical acumen and ability to discuss AI agent designs with engineers and executives.
• Executive presence with a track record as trusted advisor to senior decision-makers.
• Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and shaping solutions.
• Fluent in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical win on Decagon's largest strategic opportunities, partnering with Sales and engineers to build AI agents that convert skeptical buyers into customers.
• Serve as the executive partner to the Fortune 500 C-suite, defining and driving their AI transformation roadmap.
• Design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade AI agents in production tailored to each customer's workflows and goals.
• Turn your frameworks and playbooks into reusable assets for multiple accounts and product roadmap.
• Lead forward-deployed engineers and partner teams to deliver at scale while owning the outcome.
• Provide tight feedback loops to Product and Engineering to shape the product based on field learnings.
