Job summary

RTX is hiring a Product Manager to work onsite at our Winston-Salem, NC facility. You will own a specific product line from development through sustainment, leading small/medium programs and teams while analyzing data, managing risks and ensuring margin improvements.

You will collaborate with operations and manufacturing engineering, manage vendors, prepare progress reports for executive leadership and customers, and travel 15–20% to support program needs. This role requires U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• University degree with 8+ years experience, or advanced degree with 5+ years.
• U.S. citizenship required to access systems.
• Program management leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience with operations/manufacturing engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develops program plans, schedules and budgets for programs.
• Analyzes data and monitors programs against scope, cost and schedule.
• Leads product management for business development activities.
• Presents plans and progress reports to leadership and customers.
• Identifies risks and develops innovative solutions.
• Manages contracts lifecycle, cost, schedule and performance.
• Travel 15–20%.
