RTX, the world’s largest aerospace and defense company, seeks an Operations/Supply Chain leader in McKinney, TX to drive cost, quality, and schedule performance while boosting ROI and sustaining growth in factory and office settings.

You will collaborate with Program Operations Management, PMO, Engineering and Mission Assurance to implement Build Plan and MRP processes, lead meetings, and develop disciplined execution. This role requires US citizenship and eligibility for a US Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in factory operations, engineering and/or supply chain.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Understanding of Build Plan or MRP to meet customer commitments.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a US Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure functional and factory areas meet cost, quality, and schedule targets while focusing on profitability, ROI and growth.
• Lead across Operations, Supply Chain and key partners in POM, PMO, Engineering and Mission Assurance; demonstrate performance in operations and metrics.
• Lead or support factory meetings and production activities with strong communication and engagement.
