Job summary

RTX is seeking a Product Manager to be onsite in Winston-Salem, NC. You will own a product line from development through sustainment, lead small to mid programs, analyze data, manage risks, and drive margin improvements. You will coordinate with various functions, guide new product development, and oversee contracts and vendors to ensure performance.

Travel 15–20% is expected. The role requires a university degree with 8+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 5+ years, and U.S.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years of experience or an Advanced Degree with minimum 5 years of experience.
• Program management experience leading cross functional teams is required.
• Experience with operations or manufacturing engineering environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops program plans, schedules and budgets for assigned programs.
• Analyzes data and ensures adherence to contract scope, cost, schedule and technical specs.
• Leads product management content for business development activities and reports to leadership.
• Identifies risks and develops solutions requiring critical thinking and innovation.
• Manages contracts, lifecycle, cost, schedule and performance; travel 15–20%.
