Job summary

CBRE seeks a Product Manager for the Advisory Data & Research team to own the data management platform end-to-end, partnering with the Research team daily. You will shape what gets built, define the vision, and drive execution with UX and engineering to deliver data-driven insights and AI-enabled improvements.

You will lead a scrum team, write user stories, and translate strategy into actionable plans, delivering measurable outcomes and value to business leaders.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in Product Management, Strategy, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience leading agile/scrum teams and rituals.
• Experience owning or managing a data platform or data product.

Responsibilities

• Own the advisory data management platform roadmap and vision.
• Partner with Research to embed needs and translate data requirements into direction.
• Redefine platform operations, architecture, and data delivery for a modern workflow.
• Lead discovery with UX, run user research, and champion end-user perspective.
• Collaborate with Engineering to translate requirements into buildable plans.
• Define end-to-end product implementations from framing to launch and measurement.
• Provide regular updates to leadership connecting day-to-day work to strategic goals.
