Job summary

CI&T is seeking an experienced Data Product Manager to lead data products end-to-end within our Data & Analytics practice. You will define roadmaps, partner with data scientists and engineers, and balance business value with technical feasibility to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will own data lifecycle management, architecture alignment, and governance, while guiding cross-functional teams across international stakeholders to accelerate data-driven decision making and AI-enabled delivery.

Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency with international stakeholders.
• Hands-on background in data/analytics environments requiring technical depth.
• Experience managing data-related projects and delivery.
• Strong strategic thinking and product mindset with value-based prioritization.
• Proven experience leading and developing technical teams.
• Experience with data platforms on Azure, DBT, and Snowflake.
• Experience using project management tools to plan and track delivery.

Responsibilities

• Data lifecycle management from generation to enablement.
• Understand data architecture and infrastructure to inform product decisions.
• Define roadmap balancing stakeholder needs and business value.
• Perform data profiling to map data landscape and inform requirements.
• Document clear data requirements for consumption.
