Job summary

CBRE is seeking a senior leader to head AI and data transformation for its Advisory business unit. You will architect and evolve complex software and data platforms, set technical direction, and guide teams to deliver strategic outcomes with strong operational discipline.

You will work with clients and stakeholders to align technology with business goals, drive platform modernization, and ensure robust production operations across enterprise-scale systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 10–15 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• At least six years in software or data engineering, full-stack enterprise development, modern frameworks, relational databases, and RESTful APIs or microservices.
• Two+ years architecting AI/ML-powered platforms and strong technical leadership skills.
