Pave Finance, Inc. is hiring a Product Manager to lead the advisor-facing parts of the product, including portfolio management workflows, trade construction and execution, and the in-product experience.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of product management experience.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to work effectively with engineering teams.
• Proven track record of shipping user-facing product features in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Excitement to contribute to a collaborative, high-energy team culture.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead product features from idea through launch, testing, and iteration.
• Own the roadmap and backlog for advisor-facing product areas, setting priorities based on data, user feedback, and stakeholder input.
• Talk directly with advisors and internal teams to understand problems, validate ideas, and identify ways to improve the product.
• Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineers across workflows ranging from portfolio management to trade execution.
• Work closely with design and engineering to make tradeoffs across user experience, compliance, and technical constraints.
• Partner with the Senior Product Manager to ensure Experience Team priorities align with the broader product roadmap.
• Build and apply knowledge of investing and wealth management to make better product decisions.
