• Build and apply knowledge of investing and wealth management to make better product decisions.

Description

As a Product Manager leading Pave's Experience Team, you'll own the advisor-facing parts of the product that shape how advisors use Pave day to day, including portfolio management workflows, trade construction and execution, and the broader in-product experience.

You'll work closely with design, engineering, compliance, and go-to-market teams to understand advisor needs, decide what to build, and get features shipped. You'll also work closely with the Senior Product Manager to develop product strategy, pressure test priorities, and ensure day-to-day execution stays aligned with the broader product roadmap.

This role is a good fit for someone who is comfortable working through ambiguity, cares about the details of a good user experience, and can work across a lot of different stakeholders. If you're passionate about finance and excited by the pace and ownership that comes with an early stage company, this is the position for you.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an early stage or high growth startup.
• Experience in fintech, wealth management, or financial services, with an understanding of financial systems, brokerages, and/or trading platforms.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, legal, sales and marketing teams.
• Comfortable adapting communication style to different stakeholders and working styles.Familiarity with or curiosity about using AI tools in product development.
