🚀Job Title : Product Manager – Lab Services

You will own the strategy, definition, and evolution of scalable, automated, and cost-efficient lab services.

This includes building service catalogs, developing automation-first workflows, driving commercialization, and enabling our presales & delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Lab-as-a-Service product offerings and service tiers
• Enable presales with solution kits, sizing models, proposal templates, and GTM content
• Develop pricing, consumption, and cost recovery models (on-demand & subscription)
• Define standardized lab service catalogs for provisioning, configuration, testing, lifecycle management & teardown
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle—definition to global rollout
• Create automation-led workflows for rapid setup, reconfiguration, and teardown
• Drive virtualization, consolidation, and asset utilization improvement
• Define strong governance, access control, and compliance frameworks
• Build reference architectures and blueprints for hybrid/cloud-integrated labs
• Track & optimize metrics such as utilization, quality, TAT, and defect rates
• Collaborate closely with OEMs, cloud providers, automation teams, presales & delivery
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science
• 10–12 years of experience in lab/testbed or infrastructure operations
• Strong understanding of networking, Linux, virtualization, servers, storage, firmware lifecycle
• Experience with orchestration/automation tools and lab management platforms
• Exposure to cloud‑integrated or hybrid lab environments (preferred)
• Ability to convert engineering needs into standardized commercial offerings
• Comfortable engaging in product strategy, GTM discussions & executive forums

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
