Job summary

A leading technology organization in the United States is seeking a Product Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of facility management services for data centers. The ideal candidate should have 10–12 years of experience in Data Center Operations, strong expertise in service/product portfolio ownership, and a degree in Engineering.   • Build pricing, costing, and packaging frameworks aligned to scalable service models.
  • Integrate sustainability & energy optimization practices.
  • Enable automation-driven operations through DCIM/BMS, analytics, and command-center capabilities.
  • Develop SOP libraries, delivery playbooks, and transition methodologies.
  • Drive continuous improvement based on performance trends and customer insights.
  • Support presales & GTM with standardized artefacts and value propositions.

🚀Job Title: Product Manager – DC Facility Management Services

As a Product Manager, you will own the vision and end-to-end lifecycle of standardized facility management offerings across global data centers. You’ll translate deep operational knowledge into scalable, modular, SLA-driven services—ensuring high availability, optimized performance, and strong customer value.

This is a product design & strategy role, not day-to-day operations.

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for DC Facility Management offerings.

🎓 Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 10–12 years in Data Center Operations or Facility Management.
  • Proven experience in service/product portfolio ownership for critical environments.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
