We are now looking for a Senior SME & Architect for AI Data Center Design Services to join our High‑Tech Cloud Business Unit (HCBU).

🔧 The Role

As a Data Center Design Architect, you will own the end‑to‑end technical architecture for next‑generation data centers — with a strong focus on AI, HPC, and high‑density environments.

You’ll translate capacity, resiliency, and performance requirements into robust, scalable, energy‑efficient designs while ensuring global standards compliance.

You will work across concept, detailed design, and commissioning phases, collaborating with MEP teams, OEMs, construction partners, and operations to ensure flawless execution.

• Architect enterprise, colocation, and hyperscale data center solutions.
• Lead design for AI‑ready and high‑density workloads.
• Define power & cooling topology — UPS, generators, PDUs, chillers, CRAC/CRAH, containment.
• Create optimized white‑space layouts, airflow designs, and thermal zoning.
• Develop structured cabling frameworks — backbone, MMRs, cross‑connects, carrier integration.
• Ensure compliance with TIA‑942, Uptime Tier standards, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Integrate DCIM, BMS, digital twins, and CFD modeling into design processes.
• Validate equipment selections with leading OEMs (Schneider, Vertiv, JLL/CBRE).
• Support construction, testing, commissioning, and ORAT to ensure design integrity.
• Embed lifecycle, maintainability, and sustainability principles (PUE optimization).

📘 Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in Data Center MEP and Architecture Design.
• Deep knowledge of data center power & cooling topologies.
• Strong experience in AI/HPC environments & modular DC architectures.
• Hands‑on BIM/AutoCAD/Revit skills; familiar with DCIM/BMS ecosystems.
• Proven vendor coordination experience with major operators and OEMs.
• Acts as design authority with final architectural accountability.
• Strong stakeholder management across engineering, construction, and operations.
• High involvement during commissioning, testing, and handover.
• Ability to simplify complex engineering concepts for executive communication.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
