MyTime is a fully integrated scheduling, payments, and automated marketing platform, specializing in large multi-location chains and franchises. Our mission-critical software includes in-store scheduling, online booking, client record management, email and SMS marketing, and a full point of sale for handling payments. MyTime is a product-driven organization that delivers critical functions from scheduling to customer engagement and payment processing. You will own the development of specific product areas from strategy to execution.
Your responsibilities include gathering and documenting customer requirements, translating them into stories for design and development, guiding UX/UI design, defining test cases, establishing acceptance criteria, and collaborating with engineering for timely, defect-free launches. You will also coordinate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to communicate upcoming changes and minimize operational disruptions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver new features leveraging Gen AI and LLM technologies to create transformative experiences.
• Define detailed functional and technical requirements for new features and enhancements.
• Manage multi-release roadmaps aligned with business goals and user needs.
• Partner with UX/UI teams to create intuitive, engaging user experiences.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, managing Epics & Stories for smooth execution.
• Work with customer success, training, and support teams to ensure effective adoption and customer experience.
• Analyze product performance and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Use data analytics to inform decisions, measure AI feature effectiveness, and plan future enhancements.
• Find effective ways to overcome roadblocks and deliver features quickly and iteratively.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, design-driven product development environment.
This role reports to the VP of Product Management and is fully remote.
