MyTime is a fully integrated scheduling, payments, and automated marketing platform, specializing in large multi-location chains and franchises. Our mission-critical software includes in-store scheduling, online booking, client record management, email and SMS marketing, and a full point of sale for handling payments. It is used throughout the customer journey to help service businesses remain competitive in the age of Amazon. Our goal is to be the AI-driven, cloud-based 'operating system' of their business.
We integrate our online booking, payments, and messaging capabilities into platforms where customers are active, such as Google Search, Facebook, Instagram, and the merchants’ websites and mobile apps. MyTime is a product-driven organization delivering critical functions from appointment scheduling to customer engagement and payment processing. You will take full ownership of developing specific areas of the product, from strategy to execution.
Your responsibilities include gathering and documenting customer requirements, translating them into stories for design and development teams, guiding UX/UI design, defining test cases, establishing acceptance criteria, and collaborating with engineering to ensure timely, defect-free launches. You will also coordinate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to inform customers of upcoming changes, minimizing operational disruptions.
This role reports to the VP of Product Management and is fully remote.
