Job Details
  • Title: Product Marketing Manager - SaaS Medical Device
  • Location: Remote USA
  • Salary: $110-140K + Bonus + ESOP Plan
  • No sponsorship required
Must Have
  • Experience in a SaaS-based Medical Device company
  • Keen understanding of customer data related to support issues for the flagship device/software
  • Ability to support marketing content in a fast-paced organization
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Manage the roadmap, feature set, and performance of the Support Hub platform
  • User Experience: Ensure the Support Hub is intuitive, accessible, and helpful for all user types
  • Content Strategy: Develop and maintain a content plan in partnership with stakeholders
  • Continuous Improvement: Use data and feedback to optimize navigation, search, engagement, and content quality
  • Platform Management: Collaborate with external developers to maintain and enhance the WordPress platform
  • Metrics & Optimization: Define success metrics and drive improvements based on KPIs
  • Other duties as assigned
Core Competencies, Skills & Abilities
  • Experience managing web-based self-service platforms or knowledge centers
  • Familiarity with tools like WordPress, GA4, HotJar, Salesforce, etc.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, content strategy, and analytics
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for improving customer experience and accessibility

Bachelor’s degree required; technical or UX background is a plus. 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
