Qualifications

College degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Mortgage Banking, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Minimum two years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, technology support, or mortgage operations.
Demonstrated software development knowledge and technical capability.
Strong technical and business communication skills.
Prior experience in software product management, software delivery, business systems analysis, or technology solution design preferred.
Understanding of mortgage origination, sales, fulfillment, or operations workflows is a strong plus.
