Plans, organizes, and controls assigned product line from conception through product life cycle for optimal profit and to achieve marketing, financial, and corporate growth objectives. Drive business growth and performance at product category level; co‑developing and co‑leading/influencing customer, pricing, sourcing and service strategies. Directly/indirectly manage 1 to 5 cross‑functional product teams.Actively think long‑term strategy (12-24 months) and planning accordingly to sustain and drive initiatives to successful completion.
The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $92,700 to $138,000. This role is also eligible for a bonus. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to job‑related knowledge and skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay equity. Compensation decisions are made based on the specific facts and circumstances of each role and candidate.
