Responsible for driving business growth and performance at product portfolio level by using all key levers of commercial, product, engineering and operational excellence. Key performance indicators are revenue growth,12 & 24 monthsrevenue from new products, Gross Margin, ROI /contribution margin for total business and categories. Additional focus on optimizing inventory productivity supporting base business and new products through the productlife-cycle. Leading 2 to 5 cross-functional product teams consisting of all functions necessary to identify/prioritize opportunities, develop strategies to increase share of market and execution of those strategies while leading the ongoing management the assigned business.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is$144,600 to $216,800. This role is also eligible for a bonus. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay equity. Compensation decisions are made based on the specific facts and circumstances of each role and candidate.
