Job description

Summary

As a Product Manager focused on Value‑Added Services (VAS), you will play a pivotal, delivery‑focused role in executing our VAS roadmap within the US and UK SMB portals. You will drive the integration of VAS into our digital portals to increase customer awareness, adoption, and ongoing usage ranging from digital placements and campaigns to fully embedded, self‑serve product experiences.

You will take ownership of initiatives already in flight, launch new VAS integrations from concept to delivery, and ensure momentum is maintained throughout the cover period. This is a hands‑on, outcome‑driven role with a strong emphasis on prioritization, delivery, and commercial impact.

Responsibilities
  • Own the VAS roadmap for our digital portals, including short‑term delivery and shaping the pipeline of additional VAS through 2026.
  • Facilitate decision making on which Value Added Services are offered digitally across North America and the UK, in partnership with commercial, product, and regional stakeholders.
  • Prioritize requirements and manage development capacity, balancing new VAS launches with enhancements to existing offerings.
  • Define clear requirements, user journeys, and acceptance criteria for VAS integrations, working closely with design and technology teams.
  • Oversee delivery of in‑flight VAS initiatives, ensuring momentum is maintained and dependencies are actively managed.
  • Drive commercialization of VAS through portals and dashboards in line with agreed KPIs, and regularly report on progress, milestones, and performance.
  • Partner with Marketing and Commercial teams to support go‑to‑market activities, enablement, and training for VAS launches and enhancements.
  • Act as a subject‑matter expert for the VAS products and supporting systems, translating effectively between business and technology teams.
  • Manage in‑life product changes, issue resolution, and general support for live VAS offerings.
  • Prepare clear updates and recommendations for senior management and executive stakeholders on matters related to VAS products, roadmap, and performance.
  • Ensure clear documentation and knowledge transfer to support continuity after the cover period.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience defining, developing, and launching digital products in a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment (ideally in payments, fintech, or SaaS).
  • Hands‑on experience working with Agile development teams, including translating business needs into user stories, requirements, and detailed designs.
  • Strong commercial and customer mindset, with experience driving digital adoption and product performance against measurable KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with third‑party vendors.
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and shifting priorities.
  • Self‑motivated and proactive, with the ability to influence outcomes without direct line‑management authority.
  • Analytical skills: comfortable with dashboards, product analytics, and data‑driven decision making.
  • A strong point of view on what "good" looks like in digital product experiences, and the confidence to raise standards.
  • Ability to understand complex technical or operational constraints and assess their impact on customer experience.
