Visa is seeking a Sr. Product Manager, Flex and Installments, to lead product solutioning, growth, and adoption across regions. This role collaborates with Product Development, Strategy, GTM, Data Technology, Finance, and Regions to define and deliver accelerated sales use cases in multiple markets.

Sr. Product Manager, Flex and Installments will lead all aspects of product solutioning, growth, and adoption across various functions from inception through deal close. While building programs and automations that move ideas to launch faster, the role supports global change initiatives to unlock new payment volume aligned to strategic growth imperatives. The leader will collaborate with Product Development, Strategy, GTM, Data Technology, Finance, Regions, Rules, Risk and other teams to define and deliver accelerated sales use cases in more markets aligned with growth levers.
Reporting to the Director, this leader will be responsible for three pillars of Product Solutions and Growth driven by Customer Obsession: Unlock new consumer experiences, Growth and Sales Enablement, and Regional Partnership. The role requires a deep understanding of the four‑party ecosystem of card‑based payments, primarily from the issuance side, and the ability to influence and collaborate across a highly matrixed organization.
The role also requires advanced proficiency in AI‑enabled tools and agent‑based workflows, using them routinely to drive faster, higher‑quality outputs such as designs, artifacts, planning, and reporting.
The estimated salary range for this position is $169,100.00 to $270,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job‑related factors such as knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. This position requires travel 5–10% of the time.
This position will be performed in an office setting. It will require the incumbent to sit, stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, and frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.
