Job summary

Dow seeks an experienced Counsel to support its Litigation group. The role will involve managing Dow and affiliates' litigation, including product liability matters, and coordinating with internal teams and external counsel.

The candidate should have a JD or LL.M. with at least 7 years of practice, be admitted to a State Bar or eligible, and be able to travel up to 25% annually. Domestic relocation is available for this position.

Qualifications

• JD or LL.M. required; US Bar eligibility is required or applicants must be eligible for admission.
• Minimum of 7 years practicing as an attorney.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% annually.
• U.S. work authorization is required; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel to Dow and affiliated companies.
• Manage external counsel and experts on cases.
• Draft and review legal documents and discovery materials.
• Set strategy and budget for cases and dockets.
• Lead depositions, hearings and trials when applicable.
• Coordinate with internal legal SMEs and business units.
